Freelance Language Instructors (m/f/d) for German, English, and French

We are currently looking to expand our team with motivated, enthusiastic freelance instructors who enjoy teaching. If you’re open-minded, passionate about languages and cultures, and bring a positive energy to your work, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct language training using the Berlitz Method®.
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of your learners.
• Motivate and support participants in achieving their learning goals.
• Create a lively, engaging, and positive learning atmosphere.
• Uphold Berlitz quality standards throughout your teaching.

Your Profile:

• You are a native speaker and love sharing your language and culture.
• You have a university degree, are currently studying, or have equivalent professional or life experience.
• You bring strong teaching, communication, and intercultural skills.
• You’re service-oriented, reliable, and flexible.

What We Offer:

We offer long-term collaboration with full onboarding. You’ll participate in a free introductory seminar, learn the Berlitz Method and materials, and have access to ongoing support from our academic director. With flexible schedules, different group sizes, and a variety of private and corporate clients, the role is dynamic and rewarding. Our Customer Service team handles scheduling and admin so you can focus on teaching.
