To strengthen the competitiveness of the economy during digital transformation, the German government created new conditions for job-related training through the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG). Companies can save on training and wage costs, with up to 100% funding of training costs possible depending on company size, employees, and training type. Even individual employees can receive funding to support upskilling within the organization.

Use the QCG Now: How to Access Your Subsidy
Where government support was once limited to unemployed or older individuals, the QCG now also supports employees currently in the workforce. Only a few requirements need to be met. Here's a quick overview:
Content: The training should help employees deepen their professional knowledge and acquire future-oriented skills.
Implementation: The training must be delivered by a certified provider like Berlitz Augsburg.
Duration: The program must exceed 120 hours of training time.

How to Get Started: 4 Steps to Funded Training

We develop a tailored training plan for your company containing all necessary course details to apply for funding from your local job agency.
Step 3: Approval
We support you throughout the application process and coordinate with the Federal Employment Agency—until approval is granted. You can rely on our expertise!
Step 4: Implementation
We create a custom training plan with start date, location, duration, and frequency to ensure optimal execution.
