B. Data Processing

As part of the operation of our website, we process data. This processing includes data disclosure through transmission.

a) Log Files

We log your visit to our website. b) Hosting

All data processed in connection with operating this website is stored as part of the hosting service. This is necessary to operate the website. We process this data based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We use web hosting service providers to maintain our online presence, to whom we transmit the above-mentioned data.

c) Contacting Us

If you contact us, your data (name, contact details, if provided) and your message will be processed solely for handling and responding to your inquiry. This data is processed based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for processing your request. We use service providers for handling inquiries, to whom we transmit the necessary data.

d) Newsletter

To regularly inform you about our company and offers, we provide a newsletter service. When you subscribe, we process the data you provide (email address and any voluntary details).

We obtain your explicit consent as follows:

We transmit your address to the delivery company. If necessary, we also share your email or phone number for scheduling a delivery.

Your transaction data (name, order date, payment method, shipment date, amount, and recipient) is transferred to the payment service provider for processing.

g) Booking Appointments via Calendar

If you use our appointment booking form, your data (name, contact details, and preferred language) will be processed to handle your request. We use service providers to offer this service and transmit the necessary data. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

h) Careers Section

If you contact us regarding a job application, your data (name, email, preferred work location, if provided) and your application documents will be processed solely for evaluating your application.
